With a shortage of foster homes in NH, retention of foster families is crucial. On average, 50% percent of foster families do not continue for a second year, putting kids back into the system and deepening their trauma. We want to wraparound foster families providing emotional and tangible support to strengthen their network, helping to sustain the family and minimize burnout.
